How can you contact us?

Which are the payment tools accepted?
We accept:

- Credit Card (Paypal, VISA; MasterCard)
- Credit Transfers ( in the orders confirmation you will find the IBAN code)
- Mark

What I have to do if I decide to pay with Credit Transfer?
In case of Credit Transfer in advance, what you’ve ordered will be put apart until the proof of the transfer (CRO) or the confirmation of credit.

The bank routing number for the transfer will be send by email at the address given for the order confirmation.

It’s useless to send an e-mail to shop@genesisfood.it with the CRO of the transfer itself that will be consider equivalent at the payment in order to make fast the order.

Your order will be send only at the proof of the effective accredit of the total amount at the c/c of Genesis Food srls that has to be done not later than 10 working day since the date of the acceptation of the order. After the deadline, the order will be cancelled.

The description of payment has to be:
- the reference number of the order.

Can I make an order even if I’m not subscribed to shop.genesisfood.it?
Of course, as visitor. Anyway it is convenient to register yourself in order to access easily to all your order and modify with a click your shipment address (for example to make a gift).

When do we send our products?
Consignments and deliveries are from Monday to Friday. The Italian shippers are BRT SPA and TNT.

Our service provides the delivery of our packages in Italy and Island in 2-3 working days for parcels of maximum 20 kg and 4-5 days for parcels of more than 100 kg, since the order (for orders before 10:30 am the delivery is done in the same working day)

What happen in case of broken or opened package?
Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service to shop@genesisfood.it that will explain how to proceed. The damaged products will be send again and all the charges will be on us with a gift.

How can I exercise the withdrawal right?
Within the meaning of Article 5 D.Lgs. 185/1999 , the client, has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason, without any explanation and no penalty.

To exercise this right, the client have to send a communication to shop.genesisfood.it, within 1 working day since the receiving of the products. This communication has to be send with recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt, address to:
